This is JNR Class 8620 - No 8630 train can be seen at Umekoji Steam train garage in Kyoto. Only few of this old steam sl train run for sightseeing now in Japan. Got this beautiful postcard from Keiko who lived in Chiba, Japan...Thanks Keiko.
